Schoolyard – COVID 19 – RETURNS POLICY
Please contact Schoolyard to obtain a returns number. DO NOT return any items without one
We will take your contact details and information on the item being returned/exchanged.
We will then call you when the item is ready to collect and hold this for 7 days. If uncollected, the item will be put back into stock and you would need to contact us again for a new returns number.
When the replacement item it ready to collect, please bring the item to be exchanged and call our office number once you arrive at our premises. (01763 245911) A member of staff will then come down to the front door with the new item for you.
(Note: Any personalised garments CANNOT be returned)
